The current illegal administration is clearly being limited/forced in various ways, such as Biden re-authorizing two (or was it three) EOs on global corruptiong and human trafficking, and the Biden people were not given the classified info they requested from the DoD. These are just two examples, there are many more. I don’t see it as a given that the EBT or proper acronym is from the bad guys. I am not invested in it, it may very likely just be a regular test. Since two drops directly mentioned the Emergency Broadcast System as a way to communicate and go around fake news, this is clearly a possiblity. If the white hats are doing this, the first test may very likely be just a test to see if it works, before putting any serious comms out.
