One suspicion is that the AG is right smack dab in the middle of money laundering and using the Navy to execute his dirty deeds. Why else would a corrupt AG be concerned with foreign affairs and naval movement. Either that or he’s tipping off Iran. Which would be treason.

The attack on the liberty was back in the 60’s; and I guess the AG back then was just as corrupt and traitorous as the one now .
