This one has always puzzled me. No one can be pre-emptively protected from wrongful death adjudication.
The Mfrs (emefers, CWIDT?) were afforded EUA protection.
That cannot be extended to those who weren’t employed by the Mfrs and handed out the vaxxes.
CVS technicians?
Walgreens pharmacists?
Walk-in clinic nurses?
Sue them all for wrongful death.
As for personal injury, if you were not provided information about adverse effects, then you were denied “informed consent”.
This, too, cannot be pre-emptively waived and the technicians are culpable.
