Why would you want to give to charity?
There is no charity worthwhile
I disagree. There are some(few) charities that do not have a large corporate structure.
I would suggest you investigate St Jude’s Hospital where children go for cancer treatments for free.
I also give to a couple local charities here in NH. One is run by two nuns that operate a home for women and their children. The nuns get paid about $18K each/year.
I also give to the local SHARE location. However, I do not give money. I bring them food I buy at the grocery store.
I do agree with you about most of the nationally advertising charities. Especially the Red Cross and United Way.
