“That’s why Domestic sales have tanked.”
What in the data shows that?
Whether it’s 147% or 147,000% I won’t be included in those numbers.
Behind my brace of 18 yr. old, 50 mpg turbo Diesels.
Domestic EV sales have gone down the toilet. Do your own homework. Why is ford losing 4.5 billion on EV’s? That’s why the Average F150 costs 65k. Underwrite EV losses.
Yes! And in the USA, Germany, Russia, and the rest of the world, too!!
China is grabbing control of the EV market. We don’t ned them controlling the whole world economy!
Where are the charts and graphs showing the relationship between below freezing temperatures and decreases in battery charge?
Stupidity is up 147%.
Breaking!!!!!!!!!!
US Electric Car Sales Up one hundred million % Since 1901.
GSA purchased a boat load......
Electric cars are not the green machine they claim them to be. If you are buying them for other reasons fine. But saving the planet is not a benefit you get from them
France and China have the worlds largest junk yards full of them most in China were never sold.
From production line to grave yard in one swoop.
Another hula hoop era
Wow! I bet they’re REALLY up from 1955!
Toyota, sticking to its guns, with its expansive hybrid products is and will be the winner in this game.
“U.S. sales of hybrid vehicle sales jumped 76% to 801,550 vehicles last year, accounting for 5% of U.S. light vehicle sales, according to data from analytics firm Wards Intelligence.
Sales of EVs also jumped 83% to 434,879, but represented a meager 3% of the market.
Toyota Motor Corp (7203.T) posted record hybrid car sales for the U.S. market, helping the Japanese automaker overtake General Motors Co (GM.N) as the top-selling U.S. automaker.”
I drove my 98 Firebird V6 nonestop 276 miles at an average speed of eighty miles per hour (I had cops passing me with my speedometer showing 85) I filled the tank at the end and did the calculation and it came out to 30.5 miles to the gallon. I understand if anyone wants to call bullshit on that especially as the car over any given week averages 16 mpg. I did the calculation four times in disbelief. Same result.
I live in a city of 25,000. I have seen one electric car.
So they’ve sold 14 instead of 5.
I know the drag equation well. Applies to ev and ice. What is different is how efficiently you produce the opposing force to overcome the drag. Ice cars do that more efficiently at highway speeds.
If you sell anything for a living, find electric car buyers, they are suckers and will buy anything
There are EV’s that sell, and EV’s that don’t sell
It is a serious mental error to generalize
You are wrong in your thought.
An at home charging station is much less expensive. It must contain a circuit breaker capable of continuous duty during the charging period.
