According to official Russian records on payouts to soldiers killed or wounded in Ukraine, the total is around one million.

1. 372,000 Russians killed in action
2. 508,000 Russians wounded in action
3. 880,000 total Russian compensations paid by government.

Of course, it's impossible to say how much Russian corruption is included in such numbers, but we have to suppose they are pretty close to the real numbers.
