Will probably create a grey market for “used cars” from outside“
The rat states will refuse to register ICE cars.
So no buying new or used cars from out of state.
The car makers will not make cars they can only sell in half of the states.
So no new ICE cars will be made.

I would imagine a driver has a split second to prepare for the impact. Driverless cars less so.

I think what you already own would be grandfathered because they “want to be fair” but they won’t let you register any new purchases be it a new or used car.
