Trump was not elected in 2020. Despite the fraud, the President of the United States, Inc is Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. Being CiC in a COG situation is NOT an elected position. That's the best I got.
If the 22nd Amendment gets repealed at some point, none of this will apply any more.
Granted, that may not be likely. BUT . . . Constitutional Amendments have been repealed before. Prohibition (18th Amendment) was repealed by the 21st Amendment.
We’ll see what we’ll see. My overly-ample gut tells me that we’re going to witness something that has never been seen, done, or even imagined before. (Or maybe it’s just gas, idk).
Some fill-in data from my fevered brain:
There was no election outcome in 2020, and no election.
- To be sure, some urban centers have yet to declare the counting done (even today).
- Fraud vitiates all, making a “no election”.
Yet under circumstances that could be characterized as “tyrannical”, the new congress (which was not a proper congress because fraud vitiates all), made up their own rules and certified Biden as “elected”.
It meant nothing but things persevered on.
Then, a properly appointed and approved Chief Justice, in the face of wide-spread fraud, oversaw -without blinking- and administered the oath of office to Biden, making him POTUS.
This is the ONLY Constitutionally correct act that occurred.
Still, it did not supersede or correct the unConstitutional act made by an unelected Congress on January 6.
This was a false continuity of government and what we live under today.
The Constitution is altered.
Set-aside by its improper institutionalization; it has become an obelisk.
There is a glimmer.
Things \could\ be reclaimed by seeing that the US military, according to all visible evidence, does NOT consider Biden C-in-C.
Enter a plan to preserve military command.
Constitutionally, the C-in-C is not elected.
The military is bound by oath to preserve the Constitution from enemies F&D.
The military follows command, not political decisions.
I view the current situation as Continuity of Command (CoC).
My understanding of COG is that the functions of government were eliminated, and the Constitution was “rested” (ref: Civil War 1, WoHC), thereby installing a \government\ meant to reclaim the Constitution.
AN interim government has not been installed.
The \political\ functions of the Government continue as required by the Constitution.
To my eyes, COG has not happened.
I do see a high probability of CoC.
What can we do, as informed citizens?
Exercise our God given liberties.
