Easy, heart-healthy snack
Rinse cans of chick peas in water
Spray/coat with EVOO
Dab on spices (mix of turmeric, cayenne, chili powder, and cumin)
Sprinkle with a little salt
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Turn off oven and age dry until cool and crunchy
should we take ‘em out of the cans first ?
