I didn’t know that’s why items like this didn’t get a priority position. I do tend to find myself crawling on the floor, looking at the items on the bottom. Since I’m cheap I guess.
If it is on the end cap it is either on sale or a high markup item. If it is at eye level it is a high mark up item.
Those two places are considered the most desirable real estate in the market. That is where the name brand stuff lives. Stores count on people being in a hurry and buying the first thing they see that matches their needs. High may be cheaper but low is where the real value items are.
That and on the damaged/out of season rack.
