Of course, in 1999, when you created your user name, dugway proving grounds was an obscure and mostly unknown facility for biological and chemical weapons testing by the DOD.
Looks like twenty years later, that user name may have self-doxxed you and now you’re glowing.

Suspicion confirmed by the poster...to a limited degree.
Not to get into the conversation but I remember a good reason for Dugway to shut their pieholes for four or five decades. Back in the 1950’s their krap got away from them and killed a bunch of sheep downwind. Pretty much like the anthrax escape from Ft deetrick. Those heavy thinking research guys have a lot to be humble about.
