People inside large cities don’t bond the way rural people do. City people will be eating their own to their own destruction. They will try to get to the rural areas but if they can’t steal or buy gas, they will destroy each other.
City people are already starting to eat their own. It will only get worse if it ever comes to a Civil War 2.
