Do you know the proportions? I hate taking capsules unnecessarily when I take so many already.... and I just got a shipment of another kilo of niacin powder. I gave up on all Kats’s previous combinations long ago, and have just been taking niacin neat. (Anyone wanna buy some bulk melatonin? LOL)

I’m in the same boat with regard to niacin and melatonin. I found it hard to keep up with changes so I have quite a lot of niacin powder. I think the product info page at PureBulk gives measurements for each element. I’m okay with a capsule because I can never get the powders to dissolve in water.

According to the label, each capsule of GPR109A has 250 mg niacin, 382 mg n-acetyl l-glutamine, and 0.3 mg of folic acid.
