@elonmusk
To clear our platform’s name on the matter of anti-Semitism, it looks like we have no choice but to file a defamation lawsuit against the Anti-Defamation League … oh the irony!
...
In our case, they would potentially be on the hook for destroying half the value of the company, so roughly $22 billion.
@elonmusk
Based on what we’ve heard from advertisers, ADL seems to be responsible for most of our revenue loss.
Giving them maximum benefit of the doubt, I don’t see any scenario where they’re responsible for less than 10% of the value destruction, so ~$4 billion.
Document discovery of all communications between The ADL and advertisers will tell the full story.

You are right. I was banned from posting on Twitter for no reason and with no explanation. So naturally I am doing my best now to completely boycott Twitter. It seems that someone on the inside is trying to destroy Twitter, and they may succeed.
X is still just an echo chamber. I am stuck in a loop of almost MAGA supporters. They have me locked down somehow. Thanks Elon.
The system is eating itself. The end is near. You want fries with that?
As well you should
The ADL is nothing but a lower tier SPLC. Professional shyster whiners.
Not jewish people, an evil Demonic Jewish group.
Great!
ADL are nothing but a bunch of atheist commies.
He had a good start then handed the whole thing over to a known radical Marxist who has worked hard to ban or suspend everyone she disagrees with. Musk screwed the pooch by hiring her for the job.
Now it's just another leftist shithole getting worse every day. Elon could have saved his $44B if that's all he was going to do with it.
Unless Musk has changed--really changed--he is not going to let X go down the drain.
Musk has a few traits that have made him a success. One is that he is extraordinarily determined, though he sometimes moves slowly and, increasingly with age, he moves carefully. Another is that he is a particular kind of micromanager. He doesn't worry about the useless details...but he is a tyrant when it comes to the little things that can determine success or failure.
Lastly and most importantly, Musk learns from his failures...he adapts. He's watching Yaccarino and X. He knows what's going on. I don't know what he's got up his sleeves, but he's always got a plan.
I'm with you in being perplexed as to why he hired Linda Yaccarino for the job. I think she was too (perplexed that is).
Musk made no secret about his plans for X and she made no secret about her past.
Bottom line: Don't count Musk out just yet. I don't think this story is over.
I hope you’re right. They permanently suspended me for practically nothing. The issue is never the issue with these Marxists. I must have been hitting some exposed nerves, probably in big pharma but that’s not what they suspended me for.
At least you can take pride in the fact that you were hitting them where it hurts. Badge of honor.
Though X may be a small investment for Musk, it is a huge issue for his reputation. And his reputation means one hell of a lot more to him than money.
