Can anyone explain to me how Twitter orders tweets?

Example: I’m looking at:
https://twitter.com/iluminatibot/status/1686444242325880846/photo/1

and the dates are in order from top to bottom...

Jul 23
Aug 1
Aug 13
Jul 16
Nov 5, 2022
Aug 20
Jun 21
Jun 3
etc.

WTH????

How do you find the most recent?

I noticed that this strange order of tweets is what they displayed once they removed the rule that you had to be a registered user to view tweets. Seems there is no way to view current daily tweets on favorite accounts. Still don’t want to register though.
