For those using the bulk niacin powder, is it necessary to put them in capsules to swallow, or is it ok to dissolve it in water and drink it?

I've found that in capsules the flush is delayed and lasts longer. If you dissolve in water the flush hits in about 3 minutes and doesn't last as long, but may be more intense. What some folks do is sip the solution over an hour or so, especially when first starting.
