So-—I’m still waiting for someone to explain how the Emergency Broadcasting System could be “tested” if all the folk turn every electric thing off. Will there be a Town Crier yelling something like “the dumbasses are coming”? Maybe the message will be in chicomese? Maybe there’s a recording of Bidum yelling “true story.”? Should we all go outside and watch for one if by land or two if by sea?
I don’t have a cellphone so Bidum can ping himself crazier than he already is?
From what I read the EBS test will be broadcast on TV and radio as well. Maybe regular phones too, not sure.
