How does anyone know this? to me, it’s uknown. I figure the gov is spying on everyone already and I don’t give a crap because I know the Q plan is not ended and will work.
I had mentioned turning off the phone in a previous thread when this “test” was discussed. I’m thinking that I’ll just leave it on - I want to see what the test is really about. Not going to respond to it. I’ll just turn the phone off after the “alert” if it requires a response on my part. I’m curious about it, but I won’t give the government the satisfaction of response.
It will be interesting - my TV is relatively smart, perhaps smarter than I am, but I’d also like to see if this alert thing does anything to turn the device on, which would be a major invasion. Of course, if the TV is unplugged, then it won’t come on, and probably won’t anyway. But I want to see just how intrusive the government intends to be.
So, I’ll leave my devices as is, and will not respond to any of dot-gov’s incursions into my privacy.

I agree, this could turn out to be a small Q proof. While we’re excited to hear a message from EBS, they know the same info & they fear it.
So-—I’m still waiting for someone to explain how the Emergency Broadcasting System could be “tested” if all the folk turn every electric thing off. Will there be a Town Crier yelling something like “the dumbasses are coming”? Maybe the message will be in chicomese? Maybe there’s a recording of Bidum yelling “true story.”? Should we all go outside and watch for one if by land or two if by sea?
I don’t have a cellphone so Bidum can ping himself crazier than he already is?
