That Meatloaf does sound yummy. I like how the onions are sauteed first, I never could understand putting them in raw, they never really cook.
Do the coconut aminos do anything or are they just for health reasons? I will have to substitute if I need them.
Coconut aminos take the place of Worcestershire Sauce in a lot of Whole 30 recipes.
I use it in my pot roasts, too.
