My first dealings with Bank of America in California was when my husbands uncle passed away. My husbands sister was designated to take care of the probate. I don’t know why she didn’t ask where we banked but instead she just had them send the check to Bank of America. We waited and waited and never heard anything. We called and called etc and they kept saying “We don’t have a check here” We double checked with my husbands sister and she said she had it sent on such and such a day. Finally we went down to the bank and started to raise a little bit of cane. Finally the bank manager opened up his desk drawer and THERE WAS THE CHECK.

When we moved back to WA we banked with Seattle First, but at some point it became Bank of America. I watched as they kept giving loans to ILLEGALS and people who couldn’t qualify for home mortages so we took our money out of their. Then we watched as those homes went through forclosure.

Bank of America had built a BIG beautiful bank here in Pasco not that many years ago, but recently they closed down a LOT of their banks and that was one of them.

Bank of America closed down several years ago here to.

I think they were bleeding customers badly.

Not sure how Wells Fargo stays open.

We had two BofA branches here but they both closed years ago. I do all my banking online so it’s ok with me.
