The book “Play Your Best Golf Now” by Pia Nilsson and Lynn Marriott helped me get my mind right when I was approaching an important milestone on the course (a win, setting a new course record for myself, etc.). Except for Harvey Penick’s Little Red/Green/Blue Books, I don’t have any golf instruction books in my library and wouldn’t have thought to buy one. PYBGN was recommended by the golf coach of the Canadian Junior team. I read it twice, followed the principles, and my game improved. You’ve probably heard a dozen times that a golfer has to “stay in the moment“ to play well and reach those milestones. This book actually gives you the mental techniques to do that and they worked for me. Good luck!
