The Bolsheviks know that they can't win the next election, so they are gearing up their steal the vote by any means necessary including removing President Trump from the ballot. In their world any Sec of State has the authority to remove Trump from the ballot with no due process but a Vice President did not have the authority to refer questionable votes back to a state legislature.  They really believe this is “their democracy” and spineless rinos will clear the way for them.

Rumors are flying that Special prosecutor Smith is getting close to the indictment of the GOP members of congress who assisted Trump in conspiring “to overturn the presidential election and overthrow the government.” By some counts up to 100 GOP members of congress could be indicted.

OBSERVATION - Should Smith attempt this level of political hackmanship, the stage will be set for serious pushback on multiple levels. This would clearly throw the US into communistic third world levels of turmoil and increase the already growing constitutional crisis that is brewing.
