Ukraine is taking credit. Russia just lost their top producing (killing) general too. The rest of them are too busy profiting and skimming off supplies to actually fight to win. (thats BOTH sides Too)
How would Ukraine shoot down a plane flying between Moscow and St. Petersburg?
If so, Russia would need to surrender because it’s completely lost control of its airspace.
