In my day, a girl catching some perv doing something like this would slap the hell out of him, maybe creating a little PTSD in the perv, and laugh about the dorky geek every time she thought about it for the rest of her life.
I think most of these people who claim PTSD from minor to moderate traumatic incidents are just hoping for a payoff, either via the lawyers, of taxpayer paid disability payments.
