Anheuser-Busch heir Billy Busch has offered to buy back the business that bears his family name, if AB InBev offered to sell it. Busch said: “If they don’t want that brand any longer, sell it back to the Busch family. Sell it to me. I’ll be the first in line to buy that brand back from you, and we’ll make that brand great again.”

Sounds familiar,
MBGA?
MBGA! I’d drink to that...IF he manages to pull out all of the stops and comes out with a beer campaign that sticks every stinkin’ leftist pervert on the planet in the eye and not where they prefer to get stuck! Now I would drink to that.
Just a public relations ploy
maybe they sold short on purpose...
Note that the source for this good news is a Deutsche Bank survey...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
From August 3, 2023...
Coinkydink...?
Snort.
Firing the freaks wont be enough. The product is still piss water.
They should give 'Making decent beer' a shot as a strategy.
It might just work!
A friend was at a pizza joint and he ordered a Bud Light. I looked at him and scooted away. He says he was joking to get a reaction out of me, but now I can’t help but wonder...
They should develop a new beer and brand from the ground up. They sold out once. Buying back to claw back won’t help.
The brand is irretrievably tarnished. He cannot save it by buying it. He can replace it, perhaps, with another bad beer that doesn’t strive to limit itself to the perverted population.
It might be the only way to save the brand. I would think the Europeans and South Americans that control it are too arrogant to sell.
Thank you.
Thank you too. :)
The new Coke.
Now, if sales was down 90-95%, then that would signal that almost nobody is drinking it. I don't know if the 70% is loyal BLight drinkers, or people stuck in a crappy distribution contract, but somebody is drinking it or there would be no sales.
We will have to see if 2024 sales are down 30% +++ from this year.
I think a proper marketing campaign could save the brand. Get the horses and the intellectual property, maybe one brewery. Slap American owned/American Made/For Americans on all the advertising. Wave the flag. Denounce Miller and Coors as well as the other AB brands as foreign. Maybe eventually tie up with Pabst.
He should really start his own beer. There is no way for this to recover to anywhere near its height.
