CCP authorities have announced a warning order for increased water release from the Three Gorges Dan. The Yangtze downstream from the TGD is already 1-2m above the same time last year.
There is increased civil unrest in the areas of north China purposely flooded to protect Beijing and Tianjin. Villagers were offered relief funds of 1000 Yuan, about $137.00 US. There are increasing references that the CCP is treating its own citizens worse than Africans. Mind you, the Chinese are arguably the single most racist society on Earth. You are either Han Chinese or you aren't worthy.
Sichuan province has been hit by a series of devastating mountain floods and landslides. That's about all I have on that at the moment.
Beijing authorities have ordered the wholesale, uncompensated, relocation of businesses in the Chaoyang Industrial District to the less desirable Xiong'an New Area. This is about 60 miles SW of Beijing. Xiong'an is one of the notorious empty cities. I will report more on this as and if I find it.
