Sometimes that even backfires on me. I think she wants me to respond so she can start an argument. So, I just remain silent. I found that then snickering, when she begins to tear into me for being silent, only exacerbates the problem. 😋
Bottom line is, if the woman is bound & determined to start a fight, the fight will take place. Walking away is not an option either. But one-sided fights fail to have longevity.
It sound like I do not wear the pants in this household, but she knows better. 🙂
