Jury tampering?
It sure begs some questions:
Who gave the low level functionary the very accurate list of charges?
Was that person authorized to have the list?
Did any Grand Juries see the list prior to thd vote by way of Reuters or otherwise seen by them?
Was the GJ just a rubber stamp or were each of these counts agreed to, incrementally, during the GJ session?
Was a law broken - intended or unintended?
