Looking at a map of Picacho Peak on the net. It is a mountain on the way to Tucson, South of Phoenix in Arizona. There are pics by people on there so I browse them and I see what appears to be a plane in the sky but I'm not sure. So I enlarged it. It doesn't look like any plane I'VE ever seen. What IS THAT?!

Two extensions, wings? are not symmetrical? Have a curve in them. Nothing like the A10 joma89 suggested or the JU-87. Those planes wings are straight. Heat mirage/ripple type distortion, exaggerated by enlarging the image. It's an A-10.

I was in Tucson in February at a rodeo. The military was flying all sorts of sorties. I think the base there is navy. And they are constantly in the ski with different types of military hardware. I may have seen 50 flights that day.

lgoogle maps, search for Picacho Peak. Click the photo shown and then Look at the photos, it’s the 56th one down, just after the girl making the peace sign. There is a plus/minus sign to enlarge or make small. I enlarged it to look at the plane.

There are a number of twine tail aircraft. This one is showing some dihedral, maybe emphasized by a heavy load.
