Due process provided by the U.S. Constitution and federal law allows Trump’s legal team not only to the discovery the government provides, but to any and all information, document, witness within the government as a whole.
The game we’re playing in this thread is you’re Trump’s lawyer and you get to subpoena anyone in government either previously or currently employed, and/or any document. To play the game:
1.) State the person’s name or the document that you would subpoena.
2.) State the reason you want that person or document.

You’re right people need to understand this is serious, the case is bogus but it’s still real and serious, Trump being forced to wear an ankle bracelet or put under house arrest is not out of the question for these people

Trump has already paid out over $40 million in legal fees. Add that to the $45 million Mueller spent on the taxpayer funded persecution during his presidency, and now Jack-off Smith on top of that -— you have the most expensive political persecution in world history.
And still, the specter of Trump’s return to power so haunts them, that they are becoming more clownish and erratic by the day.

Rudy Giuliani already has thousands of subpoenas of witnesses to questionable activity and thousands of documents proving what happened. There are videos of a lot of it.
People getting sent home. Who gave those orders? People putting cardboard on windows so poll watchers could not observe. Who gave those orders? People delivering truckloads of ballots across state lines. Who arranged that?
All the mules. Who organized all that?
Let’s face it, the case was already made - the evidence was already gathered - the witnesses already came forward. Trump’s lawyers argued till they were blue in the face.
They got blocked at every turn. Judges ruled they had “no standing”.
If all that evidence had been followed up it would have led to whoever was calling the shots - there would be communications proving the whole thing was organized.
Think about this: the six or seven swing state counties flipped to Biden in the wee hours did NOT act independently - they all had similarities. Obviously, there was a conspiracy to throw the election - they worked together! Someone was calling the shots! Who?
Why did it never get followed up? I’ll tell you why: the top officials responsible for following something like this up were the same top officials that rigged it in the first place.
They aren’t going to prosecute themselves.
Once the justice system is corrupted, you can’t expect justice. There is no peaceful solution to this.
