If you have had the covid shots and booster, you should DEFINITELY take the Spike Support (or similar) and the Tumeric
and then the VitD FOR SURE, and the rest because they are a good daily regimen!
If you have not had the Covid shots, the Spike Support is probably not necessary. (That is MHO only!)
