When contacted for comment on the reported agreement between Trump and Carlson, an aide for the former president told The Hill his campaign “hadn’t confirmed anything on our end” and cautioned against “getting too far ahead” as it relates to the former president’s plans.

So Bret Baier has spoken to President Trump at least four times over the phone, begging Trump to attend the Fox News debate. Ronna McDaniel also urged Trump to attend.

The Trump and Tucker interview has already been taped and will be posted on debate night instead.

There is no upside for Trump to attend the debate.
Fox News is pro-DeSantis; the moderators will only have gotcha questions for Trump and it will give his rivals a chance to elevate themselves at his expense.

MAGA Inc aka the Listless Vessels will be watching Trump and Tucker. 24 million watched the first Republican debate in August 2015, Fox News ratings will be well below that!
