Hunter Biden should be in prison, Joe Biden should be in prison, Hillary Clinton should be in prison. Jack Smith should’ve been disbarred for his past unethical (and worse) abuses of prosecutorial power. Eric Holder was never held to account for arming the Mexican drug cartels. James Comey was never held to account for his efforts to sabotage the incoming Trump administration. Nancy Pelosi attempted multiple coups against Trump, including two phony impeachments and the January 6 Stalinist committee. In 2016, congressional Democrats objected to counting all the electors on the House floor in an attempt to overturn the presidential election and install Hillary. The corrupt Democrat Party-media assisted these thugs every step of the way (Russia collusion and all the rest). The DA in Manhattan is a lapdog for George Soros. The DA in Fulton County, GA, whose father was part of the violent Black Panther movement, is a Democrat hack. And these are but a few of the ruling-class thugs who make up the cabal trying to imprison Trump.

NEW: Jack Smith really stepped in it when he asked Judge Cannon to hold a "Garcia" hearing to try and disqualify Walt Nauta's defense attorney, Stanley Woodward. Smith admitted he still had a grand jury operating in DC. Cannon called him out and now Woodward has, too

DOJ then Smith conducted entire "classified docs" investigation in DC--even though venue was southern FLA. Switched to FLA at last minute to get indictment, which involved reading DC grand jury summaries to FLA GJ (LOL)

Defense attys in 1st hearing told Judge Cannon they may pursue abuse of grand jury motion. She further suggested it after Smith admitted a DC grand jury WAS STILL WORKING on the matter.

If there is any reason for entire case to get tossed, it's bc DOJ then Smith (appointed in Nov 2022, 8 months after FBI opened investigation) used DC grand jury and the wicked chief judge Beryl Howell to investigate and get favorable rulings such as piercing atty-client privilege btw Trump and his lawyer.
