Hubby and I just made up a batch of Cheese Boats.
Froze some for enjoying another day, put some in the fridge for tomorrow and popped two into the oven for today.
My mouth is already watering.

Yum, i should make some. I keep El Pato on hand now - hubby likes something called picadillo, it’s like taco/burrito meat with El Pato in it.
