“playing together, naw, not so much”

You know what I’ve noticed, Cooper has no idea how to play cat games. Sable and Cadbury will be chasing each other and fighting, (Cadbury thinks they are playing and I wonder if Sable does - she smacks him pretty hard in the head sometimes.)

Cooper will join in the chase but he seems lost at what he is supposed to do after. It’s pretty sad. Then he will just go lay down. Maybe he feels like he wasn’t selected for the team - now that makes me really sad, I’m going to have to go give him treats.

My TY has a flat tip ear. He was in a catch and release program I never knew our town had. He was living under my old Ranger and it took weeks to catch him. He's still learning how to play. Trust isn't easy for little cats who have had to figure out how to survive.

Cooper sounds like my Simon. He was not accepted until our rescue Mollie came. I guess cats are like humans..but hopefully one day one of the others will need something Cooper can give.
