I most definately believe he will. Otherwise it would be stupid for a judge to say, stay off drugs and not have a way of knowing if he is.
I’m pretty sure I remember reading that random drug testing was part of the order. Depending on the drug tester and whether or not he/she has his/her eye on a nice little cash reward, it’s possible Humper will pass with flying colors.
