I know stress is a terrible thing and can affect everything.
It is a fact that what we once were able to do now takes us days to recuperate from even when it was fun.
You need to rest, unless it is absolutely necessary what chores you have can wait a few days.
I have texted with my granddaughter and will be talking to her in the next couple of days when she is best able to talk about it, she needed some time.
She has 3 little ones, ages 5, 4, and 3.
Those little ones need their mom!
I watch a lot of TV, so I’ve seen it happen that the custodial parent and family will tell lies about the other parent and turn the children against her/him. Those little ones will believe anything they’re told. I hope that doesn’t happen. I’m not trying to stress you out more, sorry.

When they were going through the divorce didn’t they have what is called an ad litem? This link is for WA state but I know they have them in CA also. What about where your grand-daughter lives?
