From FL lawyer Jeff Childers’ Coffee and COVID newsletter this morning:

“The Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO), which Maui County just tried to make the scapegoat for the Lahaina fires, responded Sunday by blowing a hole right amidships of the S.S. Narrative. The Post-Millennial ran the story yesterday headlined, “Hawaiian Electric says power lines were shut off hours before wildfire.”
To further make the point, the sub-headline added, “Records “conclusively establish” that power lines to Lahaina had been de-energized for six hours when the afternoon fire broke out.”
Uh oh.
You may recall from last week’s C&C post that Maui County sued HECO, claiming that the power company negligently failed to cut the power off even though it had ample notice from windy weather advisories and Tarot cards about what was going to happen. Specifically, Maui claimed HECO “inexcusably their power lines energized during forecasted high fire danger conditions.”
They were just guessing.
Maui County’s lawsuit went so far as to boldly claim the wildfires “could have easily been prevented” if HECO had only shut down the power. I mocked Maui for suing so quickly before anybody even knows yet what happened.
Welp. On Sunday, Hawaiian Electric announced that it had, in fact, de-energized all its power lines in West Maui hours before the devastating wildfires broke out. It even presented evidence. Whoops!
I guess HECO does not intend to take the blame for Maui.
In its statement, HECO said Maui’s poorly-conceived lawsuit “may leave no choice in the legal system but to show responsibility for what happened that day.” Which is exactly what I predicted would happen.
Maui is going to regret trying to pin the blame on well-funded HECO, which can easily afford lawyers and investigators. So far, the government has carefully avoided picking fights with opponents its own size, who can afford full-on litigation, like when they let Wal-Mart and Amazon continue operating while they were locking down small groceries and stores.
Try again, Maui.”
No, no, no, NOT bi-monthly.
Once a month is more than enough, thank you very much.😁

My Poll numbers are UP since the very boring, record setting low (ratings!), Debate. Leading by BIG numbers. I made the right decision, and broke all records with the Tucker Carlson Interview!

These Indictments and lawsuits are all part of my political opponents campaign plan. It is Election Interference, and they are going to use the DOJ/FBI to help them, which is illegal. Crooked Joe pushed this litigation hard to get it done. This is a new low in Presidential Politics. To the Democrats, I say, “be careful what you wish for.”
Bi-monthly is every two months.
Semi-monthly is every two weeks.

Democrats are busy indicting GOP lawyers for the crime of offering legal advice to Trump — but you think you’re going to vote in a free election in 15 months?
Oh exit, it grieves me to see nice, smart people being taken in by such an obvious POS as this P guy. He’s got more red flags flying over him than the CCP. He’s making a small fortune feeding people stuff which he’s making up as he goes, knowing that good and decent patriotic Americans need hope.
There’s nothing wrong with paying attention to the actual Q postings....nobody knows who or what Q is. I think most everyone realizes that QAnon is merely a term that has been coined to describe the people who are following Q and coming up with the various interpretations, explanations, speculations, and conspiracies, some reasonable, some whacky. Some just post their random thoughts, others have turned it into a money-making venture, thus the need to convince their viewers that what they’re saying is true. Gotta keep those followers tuning in.
It has also been speculated that Q is a psyop, designed to keep people distracted and somewhat complacent, thinking there is a cavalry of sorts (the military) that will come riding in to save the country. I never really ascribed to this theory, as Q revealed so much of the evil with which we’re dealing.
Now when I apply the old Occam’s Razor theory, this is something that may be considered:
If all of these QAnons (I use the phrase because that’s all it means) are profiting so handsomely peddling their theories, then that’s a LOT of people tuning in to listen to them. Collectively, that’s a whole lot of time being spent listening to stories rather than actually engaging in political activism, the sort of which War Room encourages, which can actually save the country. Following this stuff day in and day out, as many do, does NOT help in any way, as far as I can tell.
Maybe that’s why it’s better to deal with the reality we have in front of us. President Trump has to get back into the White House. I hold out hope that his exposure of election fraud will trigger the SC to act, but so far all of these hopeful speculations have fallen flat.
If I had the honor and privilege of being an American, I would be fighting in any way I could on the front lines....similar to Scott Pressler. Or making tons of phone calls to help get the vote out. If everyone spending hours a day (not referring to you, exit, but anyone) down rabbit holes looking up ancient information that is irrelevant today just spent that time on the phone or knocking on doors, it would be more tangible.
In any case, we’re all entitled to follow who we want. I do the same - there are certain people I pay attention to as well. At the same time, I would appreciate knowing what I’m dealing with as well. I used to be a great fan of W. My son couldn’t stand him. My son used to hate Trump (listening to media lol). Well, recently he admitted that he was all wrong about Trump, and I told him not to feel badly, I was completely wrong about the whole Bush clan lol!
Live and learn.....onward and upward.
So true. The vibes on this train used to be so great. It’s taken a very negative turn recently. So sad to see.
Oh, you are right, exit.
My old brain didn’t comprehend that right.
That may be a good idea to consider, every other month, hmmmmm?
Thanks for posting Jon Voight (lol I always think of George Costanza with Voight’s car). I wonder how long before President Trump posts it on TS as well.
Hey Gran....
If you make it a new thread at every 10,000 posts, our Ms.B. will have another countdown to go after. It’ll keep her even more on her toes!
Exit, please don’t fall for such nonsense. Nobody is attacking you. A simple response or discussion when people don’t agree is not an attack. That’s just stirring the pot talk. You are very highly thought of by all on our thread, and have been a wonderful and happy contributor for years. Nobody is attacking you. There’s a huge difference.
Thank you, Judy, you are most kind.
We all have our say here.
And that is all I have done.
A question was asked and I answered.
I know this is not about me.
It is about all of us searching for the truth.
Which is what Q and Q+ encouraged us to do.
Take it all with a grain of salt.
Trust, but verify.
Thank you for your love of America.
I wish more Americans had that.

A second term Trump with a huge chip on his shoulder and no need to be reelected will be the most dangerous opponent the political establishment has ever faced.
