Home prices are crazy around here too (SE Tennessee). I’m getting offers on my house, even though it’s not for sale. I’m waiting for the bottom to fall out. Then I’m going to grab something.
If I had a trailer or mobile home, I’d consider selling the house at the inflated value and then sitting on the cash until the right moment. But I don’t.
