Well, there's the problem right there. I'm doing just fine with meat being only around 5% of my diet. (It's got to be part of a bigger dish for me to eat it, not a single course of its own, like a steak or burger. I can get at least 10 meals out of a single rotisserie chicken.)

I’ve actually gone the other way 17strings started on a fasting carnivore ~2 weeks ago. Besides protein I’m adding green leafy vegetables and periodic citrus. And of course coffee. But have pretty much eliminated all other carbs and sugars.
Found I’m not nearly as hungry despite only 1 big meal a day (supper) and have already lost 6 pounds. If I get down another 14 I’ll reach my goal weight...so hoping maybe by the end of August.
