I wonder what the painting is behind him in the statement. Looks like a racehorse. Some smartypants has already analyzed it, I am sure.

A painting of before/after a royal hunt, (comms); a couple of searches were completed.

a) Raw image searches and selected portions were not conclusive

b) General web searches were not readily confirmed for "hunt", "bay horse and dog", "fox hunt" or "royal hunt"

Then stumbled upon the Sauce Pan:

The style is reminiscent of the following reference in the above catalogue (2016) as follows:
