Yes. He never went inside thus is a clear case of freedom of speech. BUT, once corrupted there is no going back. It will have to go too the supreme court. Though the timing is about right to get a fake conviction and keep him off the ballots.

Julie Kelly, the only true journalist involved with the Jan 06 fiasco, believes that Jack Smith is holding more indictments for Trump and six (?) co-conspirators, including Giuliani and some on Trump's legal team; the indictments will be for conspiracy to commit seditious acts -- NOT committing sedition, which no Jan 06 defendants were charged with, but conspiracy, a broad catch all.

Of course Smith and his KGB cabal are knocking attorney client privilege out of the park as well as a defendant's right to proper legal representation. This cabal is wrapping up the demise of Constitutional legal representation having threatened any attorneys that might represent Trump with being disbarred. Donald Trump's ultimate escape from prison or a death sentence may well be SCOTUS. No doubt the gangsters out to get Trump will appeal any adverse judgements all the way if they have to. There is no pretense of Constitutional fairness any longer... AND many in the Leftist legal crowd are advocating ignoring SCOTUS if they don't get the decisions they want.
