This is the way. I’ll hopefully be in NH full time next year but I pay way less in property taxes on our 2nd property in NH even though they are typically higher than MA, where I live now. It varies by town. But I have an agricultural exemption plus it’s a manufactured home, not stick built. I’ve been renovating it. Kitchen gets finished this week!

This all my change when I get our forever home built there next year. I may go modular.
