Information cannot go FTl.

Why not? Information is massless. Shadows can travel faster than the speed of light...

The laws of causality. Too many paradox scenarios.

Earlier this year, some scientists ran a wormhole simulation on Google's Sycamore quantum computer, a simulation that could only be done on a machine that utilizes cubits, and depends on standard model characteristics such as superposition and entanglement.

In this experiment, they were able to transfer a qubit from one end of the wormhole to the other, thereby proving that Einstein-Rosen Bridges can exist and do function as predicted by theory.

What this immediately implies is that, at the least, instantaneous communications over arbitrary distances are possible. By extension, since matter is only a condensed form of energy, is that teleportation is possible. Or "warp drive", if you prefer that term.

With this approach, concepts such as "faster than light" become irrelevant. You can just walk through.

This is just the beginning, of course. There are all sorts of considerations, like how much power one would need to bend space in such a fashion in the physical world, particularly at macroscopic distance scales.

But this is a significant step in the right direction.
