Whether by electronic voting machines, mail-in ballots, or ballots handed in at voting places, the real culprits are people who are willing to cheat, thereby aiding and abetting theft of the election.
There was a time when a majority of Americans believed honesty is the best policy, that respecting our neighbors was the right thing to do, and so on. But now large numbers of Americans are the very opposite, so with them, not only does 'me, myself, and I' come first. but our corrupt culture essentially empowers them to do whatever they want to do.
Not that I talk to 1000s but I don’t know anyone that voted for kemp or Raffensberger in the primaries. Many voted for them in the general. Neither got my vote for anything

I suppose one that contains electronics which means these days that contains electronic chips. The thing about those chips is that you can’t tell what they’re doing.
Years ago when I was going to vote, it was a sub zero and frozen, snowy day. The snow and ice on the roads, the sidewalks and parking lots was piled up to knee deep.
I parked and a I was getting out of the car, I saw a young girl walking from the bus stop, over to the voting place. It would have been a real struggle for anyone, except SHE had a brace on her leg (or possibly a prosthetic leg). Her limp was very pronounced and looked painful for her, but she made it her business to get there on the right day at the right time to vote!
If she could do that, what the h*^ is the impediment for anyone ELSE??

I would define it as a machine with electronics/chips and a touchscreen or buttons with NO paper ballot marked by the voter. “Bubble scan” paper ballot tabulators (w/”electronics”) seem to have worked fine for decades (in the proper hands).

“in the proper hands” is another essential. Maybe vote counting needs to be done analogous to double-entry bookkeeping — counted twice by separate counters and the results compared.
It’s too bad so many elections are so close that a little fraud can alter the outcome.

Tucker is blazing a trail there will be many more doing what he does soon.
Of course, now Congress needs to pass federal legislation prohibiting this in Federal elections.
