When President Trump gets back in, I think we’re going to see a housecleaning of government and the 3 letter agencies like we’ve never seen before. Hopefully, this will include the removal of the shadow government that stands in the way of so much meaningful change. He’ll have had 8 years and countless public backstabbings to best know who might be in a position to succeed him and continue his legacy. His military advisors found him and have probably already scoped out the likely candidates.
The “crap shoot” goes back a ways. Remember when Falwell and Robertson put together the “Moral Majority” to get Reagan elected? They done good and it worked but then they quit. No one picked up the slack. A couple decades later the Tea Party tried. It’s partly still around but not getting the support it should. God Bless Jenny Beth Martin for hanging in there.
Now we have the Trumpster showing how it has to be done. In my view, at least, this is our last chance to get it right. Trump’s 75 million supporters can’t let it slide this time. The general population consists of about 90% sliders, grifters, buttdraggers. That leaves about 10% of us to get it done.
For my own part I supported Trump to-the-max twice already. I’ll do it once more. I’m 600 gallons of motor fuel away from being able to slug a desk, grab a shirt collar, etc. and otherwise get the attention of a problem child but I’ll do what I can from here. I already have a career and folks to take care of so I’ll have to find someone else to support after Trump. With any luck at all that person will raise his hand in the next couple years.
