Let’s see, I-75 southbound at mileage marker 2.8. Marker 0 is the Tennessee-Georgia line. That would put him near the E. Brainerd Road exit, which is between where 153 ties in to 75 and where I-24 splits to the west.
I wonder if his motorcade wasn’t heading from the airport south on 153 to 75, then to I-24 West towards downtown Chattanooga. Would make sense that his event might be there.
At any rate, Chattanooga is fast becoming a traffic nightmare. And the government, city and county, LOVE their developers, but don’t want to expand the infrastructure to accommodate all the developing.
