There has never been a shipping company as bad as them.
Last week I shipped two fishing rods to NC and they were broken not at the tip of the rods but as the butt!! The strongest part of the rod! This is an impossible break!! Has to be done on purpose. Not the first time with these clowns.
By the way the drivers are union,TEAMSTERS of all unions, say no more.
UPS is the service that refused to deliver orders of IVM from India that passed through US Customs. I know people personally that had theirs sent back to India. I told them to email their seller and request the order be sent USPS. They got them that time. I ordered three times, had it shipped USPS, and got all three orders.
I don’t know if that’s still the case now, but it was then.
