Interesting info about birth control pills and bad effects. Feminism has been evil since it started. Women were sold on the idea of bc pills so they could slut around without fear of having a baby. So hearts became hard, morals disappeared, families fracture, and children seen as burdens.
This doesn’t surprise me seeing all the reactions & reviews in my video feed. A lot of people are waking up from this film with all these videos covering the movie.
Much of the discussion is about where this is not a political issue when it comes to the harming of children. Censoring this type of discussion is only going to backfire on the derps even more.

I had fantastic success with tart cherry concentrate. Synthesized melatonin was making things a little loose downstairs, so we tried natural. The concentrated juice did the trick. If I recall my calculations correctly you needed around 1/100th natural melatonin vs synthesized to mitigate the flush from the same niacin doses.
Pistachios were also great providers of natural melatonin in "high" doses. I still ain't too keen on eating pistachios to this day. I think it was like 100 pistachios per 3g dose of niacin to mitigate the flush. That got olde quickly. I made a smoothie with milk and the pistachios rather than crunching 100 of them.

Man, I love me some pistachios. Especially since they quit putting that goofy red dye on the shells. Not sure why they ever did that, but my fingers used to be red after eating a bunch of them.
My problem with Melatonin is that it knocks me out cold, and tends to make me drowsy the following day. I still use it as a sleep aid when I’m working day shifts, because going to bed before nightfall makes it hard to fall asleep.
I stick to smaller doses, 1 - 3 mg.
Perhaps I need to pursue the niacin thing - I now you’ve advocated and done this.
