I have to suspect that FLa doing this is going to open the flood gates.

With the barrels of cash the pharma companies made. I have no doubt that every personal injury lawyer is eyeing this is the ultimate golden goose.

I would expect MANY lawyers will start filing MANY suits.
The vast majority will initially fail. But, some will start to stick. And they will develop a strategy and a playbook.

Then it will be like Mesothelioma, pelvic mesh, baby powder, round up and all of the other massive class actions.

Only it be magnitudes larger, like every single class action against Big Pharm x100.

I don’t think if every paralegal in the country dropped everything and worked on these suits they could get it done.

Of course, we are probably down about 1000 paralegals these days due to them having been mandated by their firms to get the vaxseems and now being permanently disabled.
